Meet our team
Nancy Morrow, Owner
Nancy Morrow started Casa Verde Designs in 2007, just as green building and sustainable design were becoming important elements of the residential remodeling industry. Her vision was to provide a local business where homeowners could find creative solutions for sustainable remodeling, along with access to green materials for their projects. Over the years, Casa Verde Designs has collaborated with many other designers, manufacturers, distributors, craftspeople, and contractors to create functional and sustainable spaces for clients. Casa Verde Designs prides itself on offering high quality materials for clients on any budget, and providing personal attention to help clients through both small and large remodeling projects. Rather than working with one particular design style, Nancy prefers to work collaboratively with her clients to help them identify their personal style and create spaces that they love. Much of the work of Casa Verde Designs takes place in our client’s homes, and we are always happy to coordinate our client’s project management needs from start to finish.
Nancy completed the A.A. degree in Interior Design at American River College, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Green Building from the organization Build it Green. In 2010 Nancy qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional (Commercial Interiors). Before embarking on her design career, Nancy received a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at U. C. Davis, where she worked as a lecturer and administrator in the English Department and the Interdisciplinary Writing Program. She has lived in Davis since 1981, where she has been active in the university community as well as a variety of inter-faith organizations.
Caitlin Anderson, Marketing & Distribution
A 2011 graduate of Davis High School and current resident of Sacramento, Caitlin comes to Casa Verde with a B.A. in Spanish and Music from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was a cellist in the Emory Symphony Orchestra. Since 2015, she has been working in retail management positions at various companies including Kate Spade New York, Target and Bath & Body Works. Her background includes extensive knowledge of visual merchandising, business analysis and customer relations.
